We have to link to images now. (The button on the tool bar) Because if we upload here SPs send us DCMA take down requests.

The above image of Gabriela Valiente is not hosted on Menz, it's linked at from Trsyt

But I blocked postimg because we get trolled and doxxed from that site.
Do most of these providers actually own these images? Since many seem to be from professional photoshoots, I would assume that unless there's a specific agreement stating otherwise, the photographer likely owns the rights to these images. I’m quite familiar with this issue because we often encounter it when creating content for OnlyFans. Typically, you need to explicitly purchase the rights to the photos, since by default, the photographer is considered the owner of the images.

Good question. I would assume that SP owns the copyright and not the photographer, but maybe Im wrong. It seems they are getting third parties to enforce the DMCA take downs, I guess they hire a company to enforce it. Its a shame because I wanted to build a listings section but there is too much hostility towards Menz - most SPs wont allow us to upload their photos. Whats the point to build something where they are actively trying to destroy it?

The image in this post is NOT HOSTED ON MENZ. It's linked from Tryst. Stop sending us DMCA take down requests for content we are NOT HOSTING.

If you don't like us linking to photos - oh fucking well.
