its illegal to pay and have sec with an escort but its not "illegal" to be an escort and they are more protected then the men that see them are 

best to just ignore and do your homework, use websites like this to weed out the places you dont want to go.

Usually it’s just building management that can have cams in common areas and they’re restricted at what exactly the cam picks up plus restrictions re; storage and sharing

Anyways, on the topic of personal security cams in general, it’s not illegal to have one inside a unit as long as it’s not in a place there is a reasonable expectation of privacy. Like inside a bathroom or bedroom. And as long as you’re not doing anything shady with that info, it’s fine

It seems like the lawyer you consulted with is quite inexperienced and low-end.
It also appears that you were intentionally vague with him regarding the context.

There is a reasonable expectation of privacy in this situation.
If it’s a studio apartment, it qualifies as a bedroom. Based on what others have mentioned, Skyline, your employer, only has studio bedrooms.

If clients are being filmed naked, as Asian Fever is doing, are you really arguing that this is legal? You don't need to be a lawyer to recognize that it's illegal.

The only locations that appear to be subject to debate in this thread are PDC and Coco Collective. That doesn't disprove the rest of the list, and no other agencies or providers have stepped in to deny or defend themselves.

Why would I need to be a lawyer or have taken law classes to understand how the law works or to read legal documents? I have lawyers working for me and have hired attorneys before, so I know how they communicate and operate.

Your lawyer sounds unprofessional and not very knowledgeable on this subject or how to communicate effectively. Your lawyers are welcome to come here and defend themselves or make a statement. What area of law do they practice?

I hold a law degree from an Ivy League school. Although I don’t practice law, I'm in a related industry where most people in my role have law degrees, and much of what we do is quite similar to legal work. I highly doubt any lawyer would confirm the information you're claiming your lawyer told you, at least not in an official capacity. 

You also don’t need to be a lawyer to understand that the cameras most of these agencies and escorts are using, given the way they’re using them, are definitely very illegal.
I'm also fairly certain that none of these escorts or agencies are lawyers either.

Because I have nothing to hide and here's how I see it. Again, I've never used cameras in a location so I don't even know how people set them up but in my eyes this is what I would think. Would they not be mounted on the wall somewhere? Would you not use a screw or something? If this one person… And only one person claims there was a camera and claims he knows the location let's go look to see if there's proof of it mounted on the wall.
