Pink Diamond is a collective of SPs, not an agency, but does PDC members share the same incall space? SuperJ, where did you get this list from? Are you summarizing, or personal experience?

I’d be interested to hear their reasoning behind deleting that thread. It sends a strong message that the Perb moderators don’t give a fuck about client safety, privacy or well being.

As much as I think Coco Collective is a trash agency, run by trailer trash, I haven't seen any cameras at any of their incalls. So unless they are well hidden, im not sure this is accurate.

It's straight from the horse's mouth. One of their old providers threatened to release the footage to social media.

I would also like to add that Coco has an account on this very forum! But conveniently, the handler refuses to even comment on this matter.

Her deafening silence speaks volumes...

It doesn't matter if the cameras are not pointed directly at the sexual activity or if the audio is muffled, drowned out or inaudible.

In the eyes of the law, these individuals are recording men having sex without their consent.
Agreed

Would the one party consent be applied to the SP filming clients? If they are involved in the being filmed part. Either way I’m going to monitor this thread as I did not realize how prevalent this issue is.

Can we get more specific as well meaning start putting not just the agency but the actual incall location these cameras have been spotted.

not when theres a reasonable expectation of privacy. an ontario man got charged with sa for recording himself having sex with his gf (misandrist double standards literally everywhere).

No, single-party consent does not pertain to this matter for several reasons. First, the activity is occurring within a private residence, the single-party consent doctrine generally applies only in public settings or commercial environments such as business offices or storefronts. Additionally, even assuming that the individuals involved possess the requisite licenses to perform their services, it is highly unlikely that the building owners, strata corporations, or property management have granted authorization for an escort agency to operate within those premises, therefore it wouldn't qualify as a commercial environment. Furthermore, even if the building or strata corporation were to permit such activity, it would still, in the eyes of the law, and should this matter proceed to court or result in charges, be regarded as a private residence. Legal precedents affirm this interpretation.

Nonetheless, the above is ultimately irrelevant, as the moment sexual acts or nudity occur, the activity becomes unequivocally illegal. Such conduct would likely constitute sexual assault under applicable laws and may also fall within the scope of revenge pornography statutes, likely both offences simultaneously. Canada maintains some of the strictest legislation worldwide regarding these matters, and there exists considerable legal precedent and numerous case law examples addressing similar situations.

Thats why we must treat these woman as what they are: sexual predators.

Not only Coco Collective, but several other ladies and agencies with accounts here remain silent. Moreover, I believe that all of the mentioned agencies and individuals are aware of this site and have probably seen this thread. None of them have come forward to defend their actions, because they recognize that their behaviour is unacceptable.

And, take a look at the Skyline thread where they were previously called out for filming clients. Ms. Hunter, who is usually one of the more reasonable SPs, initially defended Skyline's actions but later deleted all her comments. I suspect that she conducted a brief review of the relevant laws regarding this issue and realized how illegal it is, leading her to remove her comments because there was no longer any justification to defend it.

See thread here:

I wouldn't even be that opposed if they had a camera on the door on the outside of the incall, . but anywhere on the inside is a big NO NO for me!
And they should be advertising that there are cameras or send you that information when booking!

For clarification and context, the camera I observed at AF was located at the Yaletown site on Richards Street. It is positioned on the shelf in the kitchen and is not visible from the front door entrance, and would not capture anyone standing just inside the front door. The camera is directed straight down the hallway, which leads to the bathroom and bedroom situated opposite each other. Consequently, any client walking between the bedroom and the washroom would be within the camera’s line of sight.

I did not notice the camera until I was finished and leaving.

The fact that neither Indy ladies or agencies mentioned in this thread have not come forward to dispute this speaks volumes.

Or, they feel Menz is not largely known to the public to even bother? That is if they are even aware of this thread and site.
