Cameras Located Within Agency and Provider Incall Spaces
#1
It has come to my attention that a concerning and unlawful practice is emerging within the industry: the installation of Ring cameras inside incall premises and private apartments by numerous agencies and independent providers. Importantly, many of these agencies & providers do not disclose the existence of such surveillance to clients prior to booking or upon arrival. This conduct constitutes a significant invasion of privacy, and violate applicable laws governing electronic surveillance, consent, and privacy rights.

To address this issue, I propose we compile a comprehensive list of agencies and independent providers who have installed these cameras within their incall spaces. This will enable us to identify entities to exercise caution around and those that may be subject to legal action for potential violations. I will also prepare a separate post in the private forum outlining the legal implications of this practice and detailing the options available to clients who encounter it.

Please respond in the comments with the names of providers and agencies that have cameras installed within their private incall locations. This excludes storefronts, only private incalls are to be listed.

I believe Skyline has them at all of their incall locations, and all of these are studio apartments, if that’s relevant.

First off, thank you for making this thread. As I highlighted in the past, it’s become pretty much an open secret at this point that sp’s are recording you without your consent. Hopefully this will give this issue the attention it deserves.

Sadly, it’s such a widespread practice that it’s in your best interest to proactively assume every single sp does it.

But as far as I’ve personally confirmed (either by direct admissions from sp’s, or directly spotting them at the incall):

beach bunnies
nicole vixen
hailey hill
Asian fever
skyline (as mentioned above)
PDC (Jenna claims otherwise. I saw the cam with my own eyes but I'll let y'all decide who to believe)
asian fever
bunz club
cococollective

100% agree Lawman. Defiantly we need to compile a list.

For me, I really care about privacy, so my solution is to rent a hotel room for certain indies I want to see. That way I know for sure there are no recordings of me, that could be used against me. It will cost more, but give me peace of mind. How many indies do you think videotape you inside the apartment?

I noticed a sneaky one at the Asian Fever Yaletown incall once and haven't gone back to that agency since. It was set up in a way that made it hard to notice, likely intentionally, and was positioned where it would certainly catch a man walking from the bathroom to the bedroom, I would imagine that most men are either partially or fully naked while walking from that bathroom to the bedroom. Creepy stuff.

If you guys haven't realized by now, escorts aren't typically big on consent

If anyone knows of agencies or providers with cameras who prefer not to post publicly due to concerns about backlash or retaliation, please feel free to DM me. I can post the information anonymously on your behalf.

This is really creepy

I can imagine if her girl went to a Out call and She Discovered a hidden camera in a guy’s Place, wouldn’t she call the police

Or just leave?

And I thought A/F was considered one the most " trusted " agencies around? No mention about this on PERB. I wouldn't bet against many Indy's have a hidden camera installed somewhere in their den.  Didn't Charlee Beckett, for example try suing the VPD for outside cameras on outside Poles a few years ago lol? It doesn't take much to sue someone and add extreme stress in one life.

Its funny how the phrase " Its for our safety" is used by all of them. Do they realize that goes both ways? I'm single, so this does not apply to me but, imagine if a client who's married with kids, lots friends and holds a public type of occupation was threatened by a S/P?

It really makes a difference if the cameras are in a studio apartment. If they’re in the same room where sexual activity or nudity is happening, that’s a serious legal violation. It doesn’t matter if the cameras aren’t pointed directly at the activity, being in the same room is essentially the same as recording someone having sex without their consent in the eyes of the law. The situation gets even worse if the cameras are also recording sound. And just so you know, it doesn’t matter if the recordings aren’t saved or stored anywhere, the act of recording without permission is still illegal.

This is not a situation that warrants only a small fine or a slap on the wrist. Under Canadian law, offences of this nature can carry severe criminal consequences, including substantial jail sentences.

I believe it is now appropriate to recognize and categorize individuals who engage in this behaviour as what they truly are: sexual predators.

NOT DEFENDING THESE GUYS AT ALL, but to be fair i don’t believe they record sound. Often, sp’s have music playing really loud in the incall to drown out the moans and whatnot from the neighbours. So even if they do, i doubt the audio would really be intelligible

It doesn’t matter. If there’s a camera recording or simply turned on in the same room where sexual activity is happening, it’s a serious crime and legally the same as filming someone having sex without their consent.

It doesn't matter if the cameras are not pointed directly at the sexual activity or if the audio is muffled, drowned out or inaudible.

In the eyes of the law, these individuals are recording men having sex without their consent.

I thought that Nicole Vixens camera was outside her unit? I haven't seen her in a while. Did she move it inside? That would be concerning if she's still at Hornby, since her incall is a studio.

I saw her a while ago, maybe she moved it because people complained. But even then it can easily be used as doxfuel.

And I assure you, none of the providers or agencies engaging in this will come here to try to justify or defend their practices.

They won't because they are aware it's unethical, creepy, and illegal.
They know it puts them in the same category as rapists.
They know if they advertised it or warned clients ahead of time they would lose 90% of their clientele.
They know if men were doing this to woman it would be outrage and the men in question would be named and shamed and their reputations and lives would be ruined.
But they dont care because they are angry bitter misandrists.

They also know they will be supported by the PERB moderators, who are just as creepy and predatory.
Look, no ones posting publicly on the Perb thread about this same topic, because everyone know they risk being banned for commenting, and the comments will likely be deleted by the mods
https://perb.cc/xenforo/threads/cameras-...ls.380078/

When an unhinged provider posted a picture of me naked with a woman without our consent, the PERB moderators didn't even ban the user responsible.

Is Skyline an agency? Are they like 1122 where they only advertise on LeoList?
