It shouldn't be difficult to avoid negative reviews.

Defamation relies on dishonesty. A client opinion of services delivered, accuracy of appearance and activities that occurred are subjective and not grounds for defamation. 

Moreover, escorts hide their faces and identities for fear of being shamed as prostitutes. Unless you are visiting a face out and confrontational prostitute like Charlie Beckett, it’s doubtful any would want the attention of a public legal system.
