I'm no lawyer, but I would think that if winning a defamation lawsuit over negative reviews were easy or practical, we'd see businesses filing such lawsuits all the time.

I also imagine it would be difficult to win a defamation lawsuit if your ads contain heavily edited photos or false claims about your age, since such false advertising would justify the negative reviews and demonstrate a pattern of deceptive business practices.

Ya, can you imagine all the law suits over unsatisfied retail service, a lackluster rock concert performance or, when your favorite sports team loses lol? Oh, the whole team lacked drive and energy. I'm suing for my money back lol.
