Privacy is important but shouldn't at least the remarks about the existence of the tattoo be mentioned? From her photos I thought she had no tattoos, which is something I care about.

It's not a tattoo. I understand it's a sensitive issue for her regarding her privacy, but it also seems reasonable for the client to be aware of it in advance. Adastra, feel free to edit this comment if you'd like.
