I'm noticing service providers are charging an hourly base rate for FS with nothing else, but there's an add on to kiss, to get cbj (or upgrade to bbbj), to give daty...etc it's weird. Just setup a price for going from FS, to GFE, and PSE (which originally included Greek).

Its a subversive marketing tactic born from insecurity and scammer tendencies.

When they follow the approach you described, often referred to as "a la carte" pricing, the idea is that when you see their profile on the grid view, whether on Tryst, Leolist, or elsewhere, you see the lower base price (excluding all the extras), making it more likely that you'll click on their profile. 

Some even go as far as hoping you won't notice and will simply perform the additional services when in person, only to try to charge you more afterward. I admit that's uncommon, but it does happen from time to time.
