If it’s a studio apartment, it qualifies as a bedroom. Based on what others have mentioned, Skyline, your employer, only has studio bedrooms.
If clients are being filmed naked, as Asian Fever is doing, are you really arguing that this is legal? You don't need to be a lawyer to recognize that it's illegal.

Why not have your lawyer prepare an official statement about this and share it here? Surely, he has nothing to lose by doing so if he's correct and being payed by you.
