NOT DEFENDING THESE GUYS AT ALL, but to be fair i don’t believe they record sound. Often, sp’s have music playing really loud in the incall to drown out the moans and whatnot from the neighbours. So even if they do, i doubt the audio would really be intelligible
It doesn't matter if the cameras are not pointed directly at the sexual activity or if the audio is muffled, drowned out or inaudible.
In the eyes of the law, these individuals are recording men having sex without their consent.
