supposedly a re-brand of the reputable Sephra Grace (reviews on Perb and TER). does not list rates but if she says they're inline with LA and NY (source: her website), I wouldn't be surprised if they're now double what they used to be (unless she adjusts them for the Canadian market, which could well be the case). still, I'd be interested in seeing her if she comes back around too.
