Heres my complete speculation based on nothing but hunches
That Alina girl sort of looks like Anastasia from elite entertainment https://eliteentertainment.ca/anastasia.php
She recently got a boob job, and I know she knows lexi personally and runs in the same circles so I wouldnt be surprised but I could be completely wrong.
I also thought there was speculation that she was Arlo Dubois, but that doesn't really make sense to me, since why wouldn't she just advertise as Arlo Dubois haha, plus Arlos a bit older.
As for Leslie, no idea, but I wanna know
I do know that in the past Lexi has done duos with one of her friends who isn't an escort, and who doesn't, advertises anywhere (this friend now has a boyfriend) so I wouldn't be surprised if her duo partners are just girls like that, kind of PR girls/ sugar babies who occasionally escort but dont advertise it
