We will see a lot of false statements or retaliatory ratings, back and forth between clients and providers.  Moderation efforts will triple from this alone. The system should just be scraped.

Imagine going to a restaurant, and the restaurant reviews you.

That would actually be a great feature. I might even pay more to go to a restaurant that vets out bad clients.
