Perhaps not in this case, but I've noticed that a lot of service providers say "I know who you are" when faced with negative reviews. I'm not sure what saying that publicly is meant to convey, if not a threat.

A feature we will implement on Menz is that SP can rate clients in return. In this scenario, if Ana is verified, she can rate quarterback in return. If quarterback is anonymous to Ana, she can still rate him back.  Plato no, because Plato is not Gentlemen and has no privileges.

This makes it more fair. SP has recourse to address reviews that might be fake or untruth. Ana posted her response on this thread, but she will also have the ability on quarterbacks profile. This will keep all the reviews and responses neatly organized.

If SP knows who you are, this is more risk to client. But the only threat is a bad review in return. You will be less likely to be brutally honest if she knows you. But this is a way to weed out fake reviews. SP is more likely to accept to book with you if you are known and not anonymous.
