Yep, you nailed it. The issue lies in the fact that providers are paying for advertising, which creates a huge conflict of interest for getting honest reviews. A good example is Rina Mood, who posts regularly, who I have nothing against her; she seems perfectly fine. However, a recent review of her was locked because people were criticizing her rates and screening methods, which are perfectly valid criticisms.

I PM'd a few providers to get their thoughts on the moderators. It seems the mods are former clients, But the providers love them, no surprise there. I find Perb's moderation the worst I’ve ever encountered. They wastes everyone’s time, people are constantly walking on eggshells about what they can or cannot say.

Two different soldiers from the our vancouver escorts discord got banned from PERB today. Reasoning "multi handle trolls" aswell, although the real reason is probably because they hurt the mods feelings or something
I’m confident that those two individuals are real. Having multiple accounts seems unnecessary, the moderators appear to be  power tripping and acting out of paranoia. 
I think we all know that "multi handle troll" just means "hurt my feelings" in perb mod speak
